We are extremely excited to announce that Copysmith has raised $10m in funding through a partnership with Harmony Venture Labs (HVL) and funds advised by Providence Strategic Growth (PSG).
Copysmith was created with a goal of driving growth through powerful and easily distributable AI copy. Since our launch in October 2020, we have been humbled by the support we received from our users. Our initial launch, as well as the launch of companyinabox.ai on Product Hunt reached second and first place on Product of the Day, respectively. We launched a Google Chrome extension, a Shopify App, and are continuously building out more features to make your workflow more accessible – none of which we could have achieved without your support. We are beyond grateful.
Over the past 6 months, Copysmith has helped countless freelancers and businesses achieve their business goals. We are passionate about what we do, and we strive to make Copysmith the best tool in the market. With our software, we want to enable you to write copy that works anywhere on the web, anytime you need it, in any language you want. We have strong faith that Copysmith will become the next unicorn.
With the funding we received, we will be able to scale our business, build out more exciting features, and continue creating content templates that help fuel your business growth. We hope to bring the amazing accessibility of GPT-3 to everyone, and to amplify the creative visions of more individuals.
The CEO role will be transferred from co-founder Jasmine Wang to Shegun Otulana, a startup veteran who successfully founded and led numerous software startups, while Jasmine stays on Copysmith as an advisor. Jasmine states: “In our view, our platform has always been about the collaboration between incredible technology and incredible humans.
